Album: Future Memories - Joe Oppenheimer

Album: Future Memories

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is with Great Anticipation that I prepare for the launch of my debut album, Future Memories. With its moving vision of the future of humanity alongside deep reflections of our memories of Earth, this album aims at a simplicity of Pop/Folk artistry, uniting the complexities of sound and concept into a modern classic that will set the bar very high for all future releases.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]After moving to Melbourne in 2011 to pursue my musical leanings – and yes, record an album – I am finally in 2017 close to the release date. No – this isn’t the same album – AT ALL! But you could say it has similar themes, and marks my coming of age as a musician and as a man. The searching in the album reflects the kind of soul-searching my time in Melbourne has forced upon me, and the music’s brightness is a fitting effect of the deep optimism my journey has kindled within me. [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]This is what happens when dreams come true. The 10-track set list at this point is as follows:[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]
